Privacy and cookies

The short version

This website has no forms, no accounts, no ads, and no tracking. It does not set cookies. The only information Midwest Guitar receives is what you choose to send when you call or email.

What we collect

When you call 314-962-8822 or email Midwestguitar@gmail.com, we receive what you share, such as your name, phone number, email address, details about your instrument, and any photos. We use it only to answer you, quote and do repairs, and handle parts or guitar sales.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the services needed to receive it (for example, the email provider that delivers our email).

Website hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Cookies

The site itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools, so there is nothing to consent to and no cookie banner. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site; it is not used for tracking or advertising. If this ever changes, this page will be updated first.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Seeing or deleting your information

To ask what information we have about you, or to have it deleted, email Midwestguitar@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request", or call 314-962-8822. We will confirm once it is done. We may keep a record of a completed repair or sale where we need it for our own records.
